We do not ship, mail, courier or deliver cannabis to any address, inside or outside Ontario. All orders are collected in person at our counter. If you cannot collect from 469 Dundas St W, we are not able to supply you.
Collect your order at 469 Dundas St W, Toronto, ON M5T 1G8, one block east of Spadina Avenue, between 10 AM and 9 PM, seven days a week. There is no charge for pickup.

Bring your order number and valid government-issued photo ID showing you are 19 or older. We check ID on every order. Our age verification policy explains which ID we accept.

Full refund if you cancel before packing.
You can cancel any order before it is packed for a full refund. Once an order has been packed and sealed, call us at (437) 213-7996 and we will do what we can.

You also have rights under Ontario's Consumer Protection Act that do not depend on us. If goods you have paid for are not delivered within 30 days of the date we gave you, you may cancel the agreement and get a refund. If no date was given, that right starts 30 days after the agreement. If you cancel, the law gives us 15 days from the date of cancellation to refund you.
