Cannabis products cannot be returned once they leave our counter, but if something is defective, wrong or missing, we will put it right. Your rights under Ontario law sit on top of everything on this page, and we cannot reduce them.
Last updated October 19, 2026For safety and product integrity.
Once a sealed cannabis product leaves our premises, we have no way of knowing how it has been stored, whether it has been opened, or whether it is still the product we packed. For safety and product integrity, we cannot accept it back into stock or resell it. That applies to flower, edibles, vapes, concentrates and pre-rolls alike.
This is standard across cannabis retail. It is not a way of avoiding refunds. The next section covers what we do instead.
Tell us the same day, or as soon as you notice.
We will replace the item or refund you in any of these cases:
We cannot refund a product that works as described but is not to your taste, or an edible that affected you differently than you expected. If you are unsure about strength before you buy, our FAQ and our guide to choosing between 1,000 mg and 5,000 mg edibles can help you pick.
Not consumable, so treated differently.
Grinders, rolling trays, papers, storage containers, lighters and similar items are not consumable cannabis products, so the safety reasoning above does not apply in the same way. If you want to return an unused accessory in its original packaging, call us at (437) 213-7996 and we will tell you your options. Used or unsealed accessories cannot be returned.
Full refund if you cancel before packing.
You can cancel any order before it is packed for a full refund. Once it is packed and sealed, call us and we will do what we can. Pickup details are on our pickup policy.
Where you have cancelled an agreement and are owed a refund, Ontario law gives us 15 days from the date of cancellation to pay it.
We cannot reduce them.
Nothing on this page removes or limits your rights under Ontario's Consumer Protection Act or any other law, and any term that tried to would have no effect. Three of them:
If you believe we have not met an obligation, tell us first and give us the chance to fix it. If we cannot resolve it between us, the Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery handles consumer complaints in Ontario.
